HSO has an extensive Customer Service Desk in place with dedicated staff to support our customers. At the Customer Service Desk all necessary functional and technical disciplines are represented including development. To assist the support-process a call registration system is in place to log support issues, communication regarding issues, solutions regarding issues as well as the history regarding incidents. Incidents can be reported at the Customer Service Desk during service hours as well as outside service hours via internet.

HSO Support Services offers various Service Level Agreements, including High Availability.

Monitoring Services
HSO has developed Monitoring Services that continuously monitors your Microsoft Dynamics™ AX environment on application availability and proper working.

Critical processes and data within Microsoft Dynamics™ AX that influence operations are monitored by the HSO Business Monitoring Pack. Examples of important measurements within this Business Pack are: changes of standard costprices, changes within AX parameters, proper execution of batches, measurements on orderhandling, inventory closing, inventory model group, inventory dimensions etc
